  1. Hi Pakehamak,

I had a look at the journal – looks really interesting. Are there any particular aspects that you have found really useful in practicing contemplation?

I have just been through a Rites of Passage (the UK Men as Learners and Elders – based on Richard Rohr). Very powerful in it’s use of ritual and sharing.

    Blessings

    Rob

    • Hey there Rob! Thank you for visiting my humble blogspot, dear brother. We’re brothers in at least two respects: a) we love Jesus, and b) we’re both MROP’ies! I went through mine in 2006 in Queensland. I worked with Rob Jones’ parachurch org at the time — called MTM Australia. I was a teaching elder at the 2008 MROP also. Do you know of MTM? If not, and you’re curious, please check it out on http://www.mtmaustralia.org.au/rites-of-passage.html — many of me mates are still involved.

If it’s not too much to ask, can we swap stories one day maybe? I’d like that… many blessings, Alan
